Services
Focus: Hands-on preparation, comfort, and breathing.
These sessions move beyond the paperwork and into the heart of your birth preparation. This is a dedicated time to build our relationship and practice the physical skills you’ll use during labor.
What We’ll Cover:
Comfort Measures & Positioning: We’ll practice hands-on techniques like hip squeezes and counter-pressure. We’ll also explore optimal positioning using birth/peanut balls and Rebozo techniques to help baby navigate the pelvis.
Breathwork & Mindset: Master specific patterns for different stages, including "Resting Breath" for grounding and "Labor Breath" to move through contractions rather than tensing against them.
Partner Support Training: I’ll coach your partner on exactly where to place their hands and how to offer confident, active encouragement.
Logistics: We’ll review "when to call" signs and how to optimize your birth environment (lighting, music, aromatherapy) to keep you feeling safe and relaxed.
Note: These sessions are interactive! Please wear comfortable clothing that allows for easy movement and stretching.

Postpartum care includes light house work, care for baby while you nap, if there's an older sibling I can help with acclimating him/her to the newest sibling. Continue help with breastfeeding and more.
We will discuss all things postpartum
Emotional Support: I offer a non-judgmental ear to process the birth experience and helping navigate the emotional transition to parenthood.
Infant Care & Education: Teaching skills such as swaddling, diapering, bathing, and baby-soothing techniques.
Feeding Support: Providing guidance with breastfeeding, pumping, or bottle-feeding.

What we will accomplish in our time together:
• Insurance Roadmap & Logistics: We’ll dive into your specific coverage to ensure we have a clear path for billing or reimbursement. I’ll walk you through the paperwork so you can feel confident in your benefits.
The "Birth Plan" Seed: We will begin discussing your birth preferences. While we won’t finalize everything today, we’ll start mapping out your vision—discussing your hopes, fears, and what your "dream birth" looks like.
• Comprehensive Intake: 90 minutes gives us the space to truly connect. I want to hear about your journey so far and how my "Grace Centered" approach can best support your unique needs.
• Action Steps: We’ll wrap up with a clear list of next steps for both your insurance claims and your birth preparation.
My goal is for you to leave this meeting feeling legally, financially, and emotionally prepared. Let’s start building your village!
